Stall Holder Terms & Conditions

By accepting an offer to trade at Carrington Fair it is deemed that as a stallholder, you have read, understand and agree to abide by these Stallholder Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of this document “stallholder” means: The stallholder, their assistants, friends, employees, family or any other person involved in the maintenance and/or running of the stall. The terms and conditions are subject to change without notice as deemed necessary by Carrington Management.

Hours of Operation

The Carrington Fair takes place annually. Gates open to the public at 9.00am and close at 3.00pm. Stall holders are to arrive at 6.30am to set up on the day. Permission may be sought to set up on the day prior.

Stall Conditions and Requirements

Goods that are offered for sale must not vary from those originally approved for each stall holder. Stall holders are prohibited from selling the following items: second hand electrical products, counterfeit goods, animals, poisonous products, prescription medication, illegal/offensive items, firearms, ammunitions, explosives, and weapons, dangerous goods of any kind, cigarettes/alcohol/drugs or raffle tickets.

Stallholders must provide their own marquees or stall equipment, including electrical extension cords, all of which must be in good condition and tested and tagged. Any gazebos must be securely weighted. Standard health and safety procedures must be always adhered to.

Stallholders are responsible for the security of their goods, equipment, and monies. Carrington will not be responsible for any loss or damage to customer or Stallholder and their agent’s personal items.

Stalls may not be rented, transferred, or given to another stall holder if you are unable to attend the event. All stall holders must apply through the application process. We do not guarantee that your application will be approved. Carrington reserves the right to reject applications without explanation.

Stalls are not to close prior to 3.00pm unless permission has been given by Carrington Management.

All food stalls must comply with all regulations and standards set by NSW Food Authority and FSANZ. All food trucks are to allow at least one (1) additional meter to the size of the vehicle when making application.

Whilst Carrington does their best to take stall holder’s wishes into account in terms of stall location and allocation, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer the same site to you if you have previously attended the event. Stall allocations are final.
