What types of retirement homes are available at Carrington?
Carrington offers independent living villas, cottages, and apartments in a variety of 1–to 3-bedroom configurations.
What happens to the RAD when I leave?
The RAD is returned to you, minus the maximum of 30% Carrington keeps. It can take up to six months for your RAD money to be returned to you, unless you move into Residential Aged care with us, which will be transferred onto a trust for you to use. Speak to our Customer Service Team for more information.
Can I access village amenities from any type of home?
Absolutely. All retirement living residents enjoy access to Carrington’s lifestyle, dining, recreation, and wellbeing facilities.
