Carrington’s Community Care services are provided to the older people living in the community when they need short term support or just a bit of home help to maintain their independence.
Carrington Community Care has been a long term provider of in-home support services to hundreds of clients living in communities across Campbelltown, Camden and Wollondilly local Government areas.
We can assist you to remain independent in many ways through our community care by providing services including (but not limited to):
- personal care support (including showering and dressing)
- medication monitoring
- unaccompanied shopping
- flexible respite
- cottage overnight respite
- domestic assistance
- allied health services
How do I access Carrington Community Home Care Services?
- You need to register with My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or at myagedcare.gov.au
- My Aged Care consultant will screen your needs and may arrange for a Regional Assessor Service (RAS) to visit you in your home for an assessment.
