Community Care Christmas Party

11.12.2017 Admin News No Comments

On Wednesday 6th December our Community Care clients came together at Carrington’s Leisure and Recreation Centre to celebrate Christmas with our Community Care staff. A delicious lunch of turkey, ham and baked vegetables followed by a decadent dessert was served up by our Head Chef, Paul and his team.  Our party goers were entertained by performances from the Elderslie High School band and choir and this was thoroughly enjoyed by all.  Santa dropped in for photos and Christmas cheer and there was even a singalong where everyone joined in, singing such classics as Silent Night and Jingle Bells.  Two of our attendees, Jo and Ruth, got up to thank the youngsters for their beautiful renditions of Christmas songs, old and new.

Thank you to Paul for the delicious lunch, the staff for all of their hard work, and Elderslie High School for coming out to share this wonderful occasion with our Community Care clients. On behalf of the Community Care team, we would like to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas, and best wishes for 2018.
